We had such an unforgettable air balloon ride experience with Royal Balloon that we are highly grateful for. From the first moment they pick you up from the hotel until the moment they drop you off, it's been an excellent 4 hours without any single thing to complain about. All the staff involved in the whole organization are top, but very very special shout out to the pilot, Ahmet, who has been magnificent taking us to the sky of Cappadocia with his amazing pilotage. Extremely well organized from pickup to drop off. Our pilot was Kemal Kaya. He provided an excellent pre-flight instruction. During the flight he was an excellent host providing enjoyable commentary but he was always looking in all directions including up and down. We felt at all times perfectly safe and well entertained.This flight was the highlight of our trip.
